Ischemic stroke has a high disability rate, mortality and recurrence rate. The term of recurrent ischemic stroke is patient's conditions occur again after improvement or recovery of ischemic stroke. The disability rate and mortality of recurrent ischemic stroke will be significantly higher than those after the first onset.
