Interpretation of "Guideline for diagnosis and treatment of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis in China 2015"

Abstract


Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) is a special subtype of cerebrovascular diseases. The lack of specific clinical symptoms and signs causes the diagnosis difficult. In recent years, much progress has been made in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease. Cerebrovascular Disease Study Group, Chinese Society of Neurology, Chinese Medical Association has revised "Guideline for diagnosis and treatment of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis in China 2015". The aim of this article is to help the clinicians have better understanding on this guideline.
